Born under the Texan skies, Aaron's upbringing involved many moves. Ultimately, he attended the University of Alabama, where he earned a BSBA with a major in Marketing and a specialization in Professional Selling. After graduation, Aaron's path led him through  Atlanta and Birmingham before landing in Nashville.

Aaron's career narrative is unique, transitioning from roles in ministry and law enforcement to becoming a trailblazer in Nashville real estate. His professional journey is not just a career, but a calling that resonates with a profound sense of service and leadership. At the core of Aaron's work ethic is a commitment to revealing the greatness of his team members, their clients and each property entrusted to the care of Custer Rowland. 

Aaron lives in Brentwood with his wife (Megan), their son (Chapman) and German Shepherd (Henry).
